How long does it take to get my prize? All prizes are sent out the month after the winners are announced. If you do not receive anything after that time frame, please send our group a note and let us know.
Can I use copyrighted characters in my entry? Copyrighted characters include anything that is considered "fan art," e.g., Disney characters, TV/cartoon characters, etc. .To avoid any copyright infringements or issues, we encourage you to please use an original character for your contest entry.
I haven't received my prize yet and it's been over a month. What do I do?Please send our group a note, and include which contest you won. We'll try to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
What happens if I forget to submit my entry to the correct contest gallery?By the time the contest ends, if your submission is not submitted under the proper contest gallery, your artwork will not be included in the contest. Judges will not be able to, or have the time to find your image outside of the contest category/gallery.
Are photographic entries allowed? There are only two situations in which photographic entries are allowed:
1) Your entry involves the use of stock photography. (If you use stock photographs for your entry, make sure you follow all guidelines for the original stock image. If you violate any of the stock rules then your piece will automatically be disqualified.)
2) Your entry involves a photograph of a piece you have sculpted or otherwise designed (such as a costume) specifically for the contest.
